Transportation is the key to maintaining independence in our later years. Senior Services of Northern Kentucky’s Transportation Services are critical in helping seniors remain in their own homes and avoiding premature institutionalization.
With SSNK Transportation to Wellness, older adults can keep regular doctor appointments as well as get to life-saving medical treatments such as dialysis, chemotherapy or outpatient surgery. Transportation is also available to the grocery store or SSNK Senior Activity Centers.
SSNK provides transportation to any resident in Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Owen and Pendleton counties. SSNK provides non-emergency medical transportation as well as demand response transportation for recreational use.
Medicaid recipients and disabled persons can also receive Transportation Services from SSNK. If you don’t qualify for free transportation, SSNK can transport you in style for a low, affordable fee.
