MEALS-ON-WHEELS

Senior Services of Northern Kentucky's Meals-on-Wheels program provides either one hot, cold or shelf stable meal to an eligible adult age 60 years or older. The meal meets or exceeds 1/3 of an adult's daily recommended dietary allowance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WELLNESS

Transportation is one of the most frequently requested services for older, adults. Individuals living within Senior Services of Northern Kentucky's eight county service area can call to make reservations for medical appointments, chemotherapy, and dialysis. The service area includes Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Owen and Pendleton counties and limited service to Cincinnati, including the VA Hospital. In addition transportation is also available to several area adult day care services and senior centers. Last year over 6,000 older adults in Kentucky were the victims of Elder Abuse.
