Transportation Driver: Part-Time positions available in the Grant County area. Transporting elderly and disabled to and from medical appointments. Completing administrative paperwork in accordance with Agency Policies and Procedures. Email sgreatorex@seniorservicesnky.org for application.
Food Services Manager/New Business Development: Full-time position available in the Covington area. Position ensures that nutrition programs are provided in compliance with the provisions of contracts between the Agency and other entities. The Food Service Manager is the primary contact person with the Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) regarding client issues related to the nutrition programs and with the food vendor for the nutrition programs. The Food Service Manager will complete administrative functions in accordance with agency policies and procedures and coordinate, monitor, and maintain the input and maintenance of an accurate computerized database for the clients of the Agency, including accurate documentation in the client's files. Senior Services of Northern Kentucky provides a vital role in keeping older adults healthy, by providing healthy nutrition (Meals-on-Wheels), education programs on health and wellness, transportation for medical appointments and a wide array of social services. By keeping the elderly healthy they can remain a vital part of their community and can continue to live in their own home.
Here older adults and their caregivers will find the resources they need to ensure a healthy and fruitful life while remaining independent.
No one looks forward to the aging process, however our agency provides a number of services designed to make things easier for older adults. We know that for the majority of over age 60 individuals--staying at home in their own surroundings ranks at the top of their personal wish list. We encourage participants to visit our local centers for noontime meals, socialization, health, and recreational activities.
